Late Shri. Madanlalji Samdani (1918 – 1973) was regarded as a doyen of the textile trade. He was the main pillar of our business, and also a very righteous & benevolent person. He had immense belief in human potential and the need to contribute towards the uplifting of the community that he lived and worked in. He has left an indelible mark with his service to society by setting up college, Dharamshala and Gaushala, along with his brothers, at his native place Manasa (Madhya Pradesh). His passion for education is evident in that he helped establish a college in the town where none previously existed. This yearning for learning, spiritual growth and community service has been passed to his family as well.
Extending the legacy and vision of Late Shri. Madanlalji Samdani, his sons have established a Charitable Trust in 1990. The mission of the trust is to help people, with special focus on education, health, culture and environment issues - as these areas are the building blocks of a healthy and vibrant social structure.
